All products are free from artificial preservatives, salt, and chemicals — made from fresh haor and marine fish.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT.

  • Shutkify reserves the right to update prices or offers without prior notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Order and Delivery

  • Orders are confirmed once payment or COD request is verified.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days within Bangladesh.

  • Delivery charges may vary depending on location and order size.

  • Shutkify is not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of dry fish, returns are only accepted for wrong or damaged items.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Refunds or replacements are processed after verification.

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Our products are naturally processed and free from chemicals.
However, individuals with seafood allergies should check product details carefully before purchase.
