At Shutkify, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable nature of dry fish, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.


1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged items.

  • All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Customers must provide photo proof of the damaged or incorrect product.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a replacement or refund:

3. Refund or Replacement

  • Refunds or replacements are processed after verifying the product.

  • Replacement items will be sent at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are delivered correctly and undamaged are not eligible for return.

  • Due to hygiene and perishable nature, opened or consumed products cannot be returned.


5. Shipping and Delivery Issues

  • Shutkify is not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier services.

  • Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery to report any issues within the stipulated time.
